If you are interested in becoming an affiliate and receiving referrals from us for the flat listing fee MLS program, please follow the instructions below. In order to receive referrals from us, you must agree to the following:
You will be paid the amount that you bid for each listing. You must provide the minimum services of an MLS listing for one year, free price changes to the listing, 10 photos in the MLS and disclosure forms as required by your state and the federal government, if any. You must complete a W-9 form if your bid is accepted for IRS reporting purposes. This will be emailed to you upon acceptance into the program. If you agree to these terms, then please follow the following steps:
Email us the following information, in this order to info@homesadvisor.com
1) Your company's legal name and your name as it appears on your real estate license
2) Define the territory you cover by listing the counties and their respective MLS's (you may send an attachment in PDF if desired).
3) The email where you want referrals sent
4) The address where you want checks mailed
5) The minimum bid amount (in US dollars) you are willing to be paid for each listing. If your bid is the lowest, you will receive all listings for that territory. The agent or broker with the lowest bid will be accepted and will receive referrals from all these sources, so please bid carefully.
6) Tell us about any requirements by either you, your company or your state that we should know. i.e., sign requirements, limited service requirements, etc.
You will be notified if you have been chosen to receive all listings in your state and how to proceed.
We are a national sale by owner website company. We are looking for a Realtor in your area to place property listings in the MLS. You must be licensed and be an active real estate agent with a Realty company. You must also have permission from your Broker In Charge to work with flat fee listings.
